应德国卡尔杜伊斯堡公益中心的邀请,中华医院管理学会组织的医院管理培训考察团,于2003年3月25日至4月7日举办。来自北京、河南、辽宁、山东、云南、吉林、黑龙江、浙江、广西、新疆的38位医院管理干部参加了培训和考察。在培训班上,德国Mibeg医学研究所的专家、教授就联邦德国医疗卫生事业发展概况、医院管理相关法规、德国的医疗保险体制、德国医院的质量管理等做了专题报告。学员们参观了
At the invitation of the Karl Duisberg Philanthropy Center in Germany, the hospital management training delegation organized by the Chinese Hospital Management Association was held from March 25 to April 7, 2003. The 38 hospital management officials from Beijing, Henan, Liaoning, Shandong, Yunnan, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Zhejiang, Guangxi, and Xinjiang participated in the training and inspection.
