“兴观群怨不如诗,欲醉牢愁须纵酒”,“何以解忧,唯有杜康”,舍却诸如此类的个人情绪,中国酒文化的内涵,实在难以一语道破。但爱好原因却又因人而异。明朝学者李诩曾说,人之于酒,有为“避世”、“避乱”醉生梦死者,有“愤世嫉俗”而玩世不恭者,有“傲世”而不顾酒德者。他们或借酒助兴,或借酒消愁,或借酒消闲,于是也就有了酒朋、酒客、酒中仙,也就有了酒徒、酒鬼、洒囊饭袋。
