本实验观察了给甘草煎剂一周后,小鼠对异戊巴比妥钠诱导的睡眠时间及肝匀浆细胞色素P—450含量的影响。结果表明:生甘草液对小鼠肝药酶有明显诱导作用,炙甘草无明显影响。
In this experiment, we observed the effect of mice on isoprenaline-induced sleep and the content of cytochrome P-450 in liver homogenate after one week of licorice decoction. The results showed that raw licorice liquid had obvious induction effect on liver drug enzyme in mice, and Zhigancao had no obvious effect.
