为了适应形势发展,我厂提出了把北京制药厂建成具有“第一流产品、第一流技术、第一流装备、第一流管理”的奋斗目标。从1986年开始就设备综合管理的思想和方法进行了探讨,并逐步推广应用。我们从更新观念入手,力求对设备的一生进行全过程管理,运用现代化的工具和方法,采取有效的组织措施,保证从厂长到管理干部、技术人员、维修工人和操作工人都参加管理,以追求全效益的目标。由于我们不断开发采用现代管理方法和手段,强化基础工作,推进技术进步,加强引进设备的消化吸收,使我厂设备管理工作有了一定的提高,并向推行综合管理的目标迈出了一步。 一、更新观念,努力实现从传统的设备管理思想向设备综合管理的思想转变
