晚期肿瘤合并颅内转移,临床并非少见,治疗效果不理想。有关鞘内化疗的报道甚少。我院收治1例左下肺癌合并颅内转移患者,经鞘内化疗,达到颅内肿瘤接近治愈效果,现报告如下:患者男性,60岁。因反复咳嗽、咳痰近1年,伴头痛、呕吐半个月,左侧肢体偏瘫10天入院。查体:左侧鼻唇沟较右侧浅,布氏征(+),左上肢肌力Ⅱ~-级,左下肢肌力Ⅰ级,肌张力略增高,膝腱反射(++++),巴氏征(+)。听诊:左下肺呼吸音减低。
Advanced intracranial tumor associated with metastasis, the clinical is not uncommon, the treatment effect is not satisfactory. Little is known about intrathecal chemotherapy. In our hospital, one case of left lower lung cancer complicated with intracranial metastasis was treated in our hospital. After intrathecal chemotherapy, the intracranial tumors were almost cured. The report is as follows: Male patient, 60 years old. Due to repeated cough, sputum nearly 1 year, with headache, vomiting for half a month, left limb hemiplegia 10 days admission. Physical examination: left nasolabial fissure more than the right side, Brinell sign (+), left upper limb muscle strength Ⅱ ~ - grade, left lower limb muscle strength Ⅰ, slightly increased muscle tone, knee tendon reflexes (++++) , Pakistan’s sign (+). Auscultation: lower left lung breath sounds reduced.
