辅导员作为高职教师队伍的重要组成部分,是开展高职德育工作的主干力量,一名高职辅导员,参与德育工作的对策是否得当,将直接影响着德育工作的成效,影响着学生的品格养成和全面成长。高职辅导员要提高德育工作的效力,需要认真研究方法和对策。
Counselors, as an important part of the teaching staff in higher vocational colleges, are the backbone of carrying out the work of moral education in higher vocational colleges.
