以尿素(U)和氯化胆碱合成的低共熔离子液作为木质素的活化处理剂,将得到的活化木质素部分替代苯酚制备木质素改性PF(酚醛树脂);然后以此作为3层胶合板的胶粘剂,探讨了活化木质素对苯酚的替代率与胶合板胶接强度的关系。研究结果表明:随着木质素对苯酚替代率的增加,改性PF中的羟基、甲基和亚甲基含量均有所上升;当离子液活化木质素对苯酚的替代率为0~30%(相对于苯酚质量而言)时,制备的木质素改性PF胶粘剂能够达到GB/T 9846—2015标准中Ⅰ类胶合板的指标要求,故离子液活化木质素对苯酚的最大替代率为30%。
Using eutectic ionic liquid synthesized by urea (U) and choline chloride as activating agent for lignin, the activated lignin was partially substituted for phenol to prepare lignin-modified PF (phenolic resin); then, it was used as 3 Layer plywood adhesive, discussed the relationship between the rate of substitution of activated lignin and the plywood adhesive strength. The results showed that the contents of hydroxyl, methyl and methylene in the modified PF increased with the increase of the phenol substitution rate of lignin. When the ionic liquid activated lignin’s replacement rate of phenol was 0-30% (Relative to the quality of phenol), the prepared lignin modified PF adhesive can meet the index requirements of Class I plywood in GB / T 9846-2015 standard, so the maximum substitution rate of ionic liquid activated lignin to phenol is 30% .
