目前有些行政事业单位的固定资产管理不善,主要表现为帐实不符、家底不清.原因是多方面的,但缺乏行之有效的管理方法应该说是一个重要原因.针对以上情况,我们设计了一种固定资产卡片帐,兹介绍如下. 固定资产卡片帐为16开本,由帐页和活页卡两部分组成.它的帐页不同于一般帐页式样,不印刷任何文字、栏目,只是开若干口,用来插放活页卡片.帐页用较厚的牛皮纸制成,一般开口分左右两排,每页可插放活页卡片44张.应用方法是: 一、设置帐户.固定资产卡片帐以存放地点或使用地点设置帐户,如果需要可分级设置.举例如下: (一)某医院卡片帐的帐户设置三例:
