和谐教学是指在教学活动中,教师力求使教学过程诸要素之间以及教学过程与教学环境之间始终处于一种协调、平衡的状态,从而提高教学质量,培养学生的创新精神、实践能力和自学能力,使学生的基本素质和个性得到全面、和谐、充分的发展。在高职思想政治理论课教学中,加强课堂教学中的师生交流与互动,是实现和谐教学的重要途径。
