现实中创新的成败主要取决于企业家自身心智模式的“与众不同”。心智模式差异影响民营企业家自主创新的关联机理表现为:不同价值观、企业家精神带来的创新冲动差异;不同思维方式带来的对风险和成本的比较优势差异;不同的心理素质带来的对创新过程中的代价、失败的规避和承受力的差异;隐含的不同假设前提表现出企业家对创新目标的确立、创新过程的选择、创新方式的锁定上的差异。
