目的研究单用右美托咪定在结肠镜检查中的临床应用及安全性。方法 268例需做结肠镜检查的患者随机分为A组(右美托咪定组)和B组(对照组),A组检查前10min右美托咪定1μg/(kg·hr),B组相同剂量的生理盐水,观察患者镇静程度、满意度、血压、心率、呼吸及血氧饱和度的变化。结果右美托咪定组能产生满意的清醒镇静效果(P<0.01),两组均未出现严重的心血管及呼吸系统抑制。结论合适剂量的右美托咪定用于结肠镜检查是安全和有效的。
Objective To study the clinical application and safety of dexmedetomidine alone in colonoscopy. Methods A total of 268 patients undergoing colonoscopy were randomly divided into group A (dexmedetomidine group) and group B (control group). Group A received dexmedetomidine 10 μg / (kg · hr), B Groups of the same dose of saline, observation of patients sedation, satisfaction, blood pressure, heart rate, respiration and oxygen saturation changes. Results Dexmedetomidine group had satisfactory sober sedation (P <0.01), and no severe cardiovascular and respiratory depression was observed in both groups. Conclusion The appropriate dose of dexmedetomidine for colonoscopy is safe and effective.
