A common method for observing changes in the lymphatic system in animals following filarial infection is lymphadenectomy. The disadvantage of this method is that it is impossible to directly measure the reflux efficiency of the lymphatic system. This paper reports the application of ~ (99m) technetium-labeled sulfur colloidal method to study the function of Lymantria dispar infection system in Patas monkeys. Eight newly developed Patatas monkeys (both male and female), weighing 3 ~ 4kg. Infected larvae of 50 malayian worms were infected on one or both hind limbs of 7 monkeys, while the other 1 monkeys were not infected as a control. Some hind limbs re-infection several months after the initial infection, the infection method is
