[目的]为了解深圳市龙岗区2007年居民食用盐含碘量的现状。[方法]按随机抽取全区9个街道9所小学三年级(1)班的学生家中的食用盐共367份,盐碘含量按照国标GB/T13025.7~1999中直接滴定法定量测定。[结果]合格碘盐食用率77.4%,不合格碘盐食用率7%,非碘盐食用率15.2%。[结论]监测数据表明深圳市龙岗区2007年居民的盐碘食用率较低,而且9个镇(街)中均有居民食用非碘盐,,应引起政府及盐业部门的高度重视,并加强对居民碘盐供应与管理,进一步加大对非碘盐的稽查力度和对群众的碘盐识别能力教育。
[Objective] To understand the current status of iodine content of household salt in 2007 in Longgang District, Shenzhen. [Method] A total of 367 edible salt samples from 9 third grade primary school students in 9 streets in 9 districts of the district were randomly selected. Salt iodine content was determined by direct titration in GB / T13025.7 ~ 1999. [Results] The qualified iodized salt consumption rate was 77.4%, unqualified iodized salt consumption rate was 7%, non-iodized salt consumption rate was 15.2%. [Conclusion] The monitoring data showed that the salt iodine consumption rate of residents in Longgang district in Shenzhen was lower in 2007, and that all residents in 9 towns (streets) consumed non-iodized salt, which should be paid great attention by the government and the salt industry department. We will strengthen the supply and management of iodized salt to residents, further increase the inspection of non-iodized salt and educate the masses on the identification of iodized salt.
