为探讨氩激光光凝对视网膜分支静脉阻塞预后的影响,随机选择23例(23只眼)经一般药物和氩激光光凝治疗(光凝组),16例(16只眼)给予一般药物而未予光凝治疗(对照组),比较分析其视力预后、眼底检查及眼底荧光血管造影的改变。结果,光凝组与对照组的视力预后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。光凝组促进眼底出血吸收的有效率(91%)较对照组(62%)有显著性差异(P<0.05)。光凝组大部分毛细血管无灌注区封闭而无扩大;对照组大部分无灌注区有扩大。说明光凝治疗对视网膜分支静脉阻塞的视力预后影响不大,但可以促进眼底出血吸收,封闭毛细血管无灌注区,从而预防新生血管的形成。
To investigate the effect of argon laser photocoagulation on the prognosis of retinal branch vein occlusion, 23 patients (23 eyes) were randomly selected for general medicine and argon laser photocoagulation (photocoagulation group) and 16 patients (16 eyes) No photocoagulation treatment (control group), comparative analysis of its visual acuity, fundus examination and fundus fluorescein angiography changes. Results, visual acuity of the photocoagulation group and control group no significant difference (P> 0.05). The effective rate (91%) of the photocoagulation group to promote fundus bleeding was significantly different from that of the control group (62%) (P <0.05). Most of the capillaries in the photocoagulation group were occluded without expansion; most of the non-perfusion area in the control group was enlarged. It shows that the photocoagulation treatment has little effect on visual prognosis of branch retinal vein occlusion, but it can promote the fundus hemorrhage absorption and close the capillaries without perfusion area, so as to prevent the formation of neovascularization.
