我厂浆纱机等产品中有多种规格烘筒类零件(图1)为薄壁辊筒(壁厚≤3mm,直径规格为φ570及φ800mm,表面抛光简体长度2000mm,简体材料为0Cr19Ni9冷轧钢板)。简体的圆整度和直线度精度由滚压设备加工保证,简体经滚压后筒身沿轴线方向长度伸长约40～60mm,为达到长度尺寸及两端面平行
