在教育工作中,班主任设计的所有德育活动,都是在特定的师生关系中进行的,师生关系的好坏将直接关系到教育的成败。从这个角度来说,教育对学生产生什么效果,是由师生关系的状况决定的。所以,班主任必须懂得并善于运用师生沟通的艺术,与学生建立良好的人际关系,在高质量的沟通过程中,使学生受到情绪上的感染,思想上的震撼,精神上的鼓舞,心灵上的启迪,从而取得良好的教育效果。下面我就结合几个教育案例谈一谈师生沟通的艺术。
