加强公共卫生服务福利体系建设,全面做好疾病预防控制、妇幼卫生等公共卫生工作,促进基本公共卫生服务均等化,是落实预防为主方针的重要载体,是深化医药卫生体制改革的一项重大制度创新。本研究基于广东省佛山市全面推行“国家免费孕前优生健康检查项目”的经验,提出包含加大政府财力支撑、提高人才队伍建设和强化宣传引导,完善公共卫生福利体系建设的对策。
Strengthening public health service welfare system, comprehensively doing public health work such as disease prevention and control, maternity and child health, and promoting equalization of basic public health services are important carriers in implementing prevention-oriented policy and an important issue in deepening the reform of medical and health system System Innovation. This study based on the full implementation of the “national free pre-pregnancy health checkup project ” in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, and proposed measures including increasing government financial support, improving the construction of qualified personnel and strengthening publicity and guidance to improve the public health and welfare system.
