目的:探讨健康教育管理单在骨折护理中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2011年12月至2014年12月收治的300例骨折患者进行护理研究,随机分为护理组和对照组各150例,对照组采用常规的健康教育的护理方法,护理组采用健康教育管理单进行护理,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果:护理组的满意度为100.0%明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理组的骨折愈合时间(103.4±11.3)d明显短于对照组的(131.4±12.3)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理组的并发症发生率为3.3%明显低于对照组的26.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用健康教育管理单对骨折患者进行护理,不仅满意度高,而且骨折愈合快,并发症少,具有重要临床意义。
Objective: To explore the application effect of Health Education Management Sheet in fracture nursing. Methods: A total of 300 patients with fractures admitted from December 2011 to December 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into nursing group and control group, with 150 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education and nursing group, Health Education Management single care, observation of two groups of patients with nursing effects. Results: The satisfaction rate of the nursing group was 100.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.0%) (P <0.05). The fracture healing time of the nursing group (103.4 ± 11.3) d was significantly shorter than that of the control group (131.4% ± 12.3) d, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in nursing group was significantly lower than that in control group (3.3% vs. 26.7%, P <0.05). Conclusion: It is of great clinical significance to use health education to manage patients with single fracture, which not only has high satisfaction but also has faster fracture healing and less complications.
