全国建设工程质量工作会议今天开幕了。这次会议的中心议题是,深入贯彻党的十四届五中全会和八届全国人大四次会议精神,围绕实施跨世纪宏伟纲领这一工作中心,研究确定实现工程质量振兴的基本思路和政策措施,促进工程建设质量跃上一个新的台阶,高质量、高效益地完成“九五”各项建设任务。开好此次会议,对于加快实现两个根本性转变,提高建筑行业的整体素质和企业管理水平,促进工程质量管理工作更扎实、更深入、更有成效地开展,优质高效地完成“九五”各项建设任务,都有十分重要的意义。下面,我着重就新时期质量管理工作面临的形势、任务和工作要求,讲几点意见。
The National Construction Engineering Quality Work Conference opened today. The central theme of this conference is to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee and the 4th session of the 8th National People’s Congress, and to study and determine the basic ideas and policies for realizing the rejuvenation of project quality centered on the implementation of the grand trans-century plan. Measures to promote the quality of engineering construction have leapt to a new level, and the construction tasks for the Ninth Five-Year Plan have been completed with high quality and high efficiency. The opening of this conference will speed up the realization of two fundamental changes, improve the overall quality of the construction industry and the level of corporate management, and promote more solid, in-depth, and more effective implementation of project quality management work. "All construction tasks have very important significance. In the following, I will focus on the opinions, tasks, and work requirements facing the quality management work in the new period.
