提出并采用了换热器强化传热性能评价准则,即强化换热器单位换热量的熵增应小于原来换热器单位换热量的熵增。这一准则,试图从热力学第一定律与第二定律结合的角度,对强化传热效果进行质和量两方面的综合评价。基于该评判准则,选用了一种冷水表面式冷却器,对于不同翅片结构的两种换热器方案进行了流动、传热及热力学特性的计算;通过对计算结果的比较分析,确定了一种较优的冷却器翅片结构,并认为所采用的换热器强化传热评价准则是合理可行的,可以在换热器的优化设计中应用
Proposed and adopted the evaluation criterion of heat transfer enhancement of heat exchanger, that is, the entropy increase of unit heat transfer of enhanced heat exchanger should be less than the entropy increase of unit heat transfer of original heat exchanger. This criterion attempts to combine the first law of thermodynamics with the second law, and conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the qualitative and quantitative aspects of enhanced heat transfer. Based on this criterion, a cold water surface cooler was chosen to calculate the flow, heat transfer and thermodynamic properties of two heat exchanger solutions with different fin structures. By comparing the calculated results, Better cooler fin structure, and that the heat exchanger used to strengthen heat transfer evaluation criteria is reasonable and feasible, can be used in the optimal design of the heat exchanger
