为了解博乐垦区儿童少年血清中抗-HBs免疫水平,指导乙肝疫苗全程接种,预防乙型肝炎发生与流行。我们于1998年5~6月对垦区幼儿园、小学、中学及民族中学2 948名儿童少年进行抗-HBs和HBsAg调查,现将结果报告如下:1 对象与方法1.1 为垦区幼儿园、小学、中学及民族中学儿童少年2 948名,其中男性1 441名,女性1 507名,年龄在3~19岁,进行现场询问乙肝疫苗接种情况,同时静脉采血2ml分离血清待检。1.2 抗-HBs采用EIA,计算OD值=样品测定吸光度A/阴性对照平均吸光度A,判定OD值<2.1为阴性反应,>2.1为阳性,且在2.1~9.9、10~40、>40范围OD值定为弱阳性、阳性和
