加强财务风险控制和财务危机防范,是企业实现生存和发展的内在要求。对此问题,本文提出三点建议:树立风险意识,建立有效的风险防范处理机制;建立财务预警分析指标体系,保持合理的资金结构和负债比例;不断完善企业财务内部控制制度,预防财务舞弊和经济犯罪。
Strengthening financial risk control and financial crisis prevention is the inherent requirement of enterprises to survive and develop. In this regard, this article puts forward three suggestions: establishing risk awareness and establishing an effective risk prevention mechanism; establishing a financial early warning analysis indicator system to maintain a reasonable funding structure and debt ratio; continuously improving the internal financial control system and preventing financial frauds and Economic Crime.
