临床资料患者,女,50岁。主因头皮多发结节和囊肿渐增大、增多35年,于2013年10月14日就诊。患者于1978年9月起枕部出现一粟粒大小的肤色结节,无明显不适,未予重视及处理。此后结节逐渐增大至绿豆大小,且头顶部出现类似结节,无破溃、糜烂、渗出,无明显痒痛。于1981年曾至当地医院就诊,诊断为皮下囊肿,未予处理。此后头皮结节缓慢增多、增大。自1997年起,皮损生长较前加快,明
