WF-8900A微型反应装置是石油化工生产和科研中常用的一种实验设备,是模拟石油化工生产过程的装置,对安全性和可靠性要求之严格并不亚于生产现场的大型装置.为保证整个系统的高可靠性,我们设计了FYZ型两级微机监控系统.FYZ的上位机采用了富士通公司的FM-8微型机,前沿机采用了以8031单片机为主机的STD总线系统.在这种两级微机系统中,通讯接口是联系上位机与前沿机的唯一渠道,是保证系统可靠性的主要环节之一。因此,通讯程序的设计质量之优劣直接影响到整个系统的质量.为保证通讯的高可靠性,主要采取了以下若干措施:
