当代素质教育教学理念是随着全球经济一体化进程而逐步形成的,这就需要越来越重视教育的“实效性”。为此我们教育工作者要更新教学理念,明晰教育的真正内涵不仅仅在于传授知识,而要注重学生自主学习知识能力的培养。一、让学生学会听我们知道一个人要想获得信息,从信息中摄取知识、发展智力的话,就需教会学生学会倾听。初中语文教学中的倾听就是教师在教学过程中用自己的语言,“理顺”学生听到的语言信息,然后帮助学生接收、辨析、理解和吸收,最终形成学生的一种语言
