目的建立苍苓颗粒中绿原酸含量的测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAXEclispse SB-Aq C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.4%磷酸(7∶93);流速:1.0ml/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:327nm。结果绿原酸含量测定线性关系良好,回归方程Y=105520X-9990γ2=0.9999,绿原酸的平均回收率为98.94%,RSD%为0.73%。结论本方法简便、准确、灵敏、重现性好,可作为苍苓颗粒质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Cang Ling granules. Methods High performance liquid chromatography. The column was Agilent ZORBAXEclispse SB-Aq C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid (7:93); flow rate: 1.0 ml / min; . Results The linearity of chlorogenic acid was good. The regression equation was Y = 105520X-9990γ2 = 0.9999. The average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 98.94% and the RSD% was 0.73%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, sensitive, reproducible, and can be used as Cang-ling particles quality control.
