用电化学极化方法研究了Cu含量及溶液pH值对Ti50Ni50-xCux合金在1%NaCl溶液中的耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,Cu的加入可显著提高合金的再钝化电位,而对点蚀电位在x<6时则无明显影响。溶液pH值升高时,点蚀电位提高。而再钝化电位则不受pH值影响。
The effects of Cu concentration and solution pH on corrosion resistance of Ti50Ni50-xCux alloy in 1% NaCl solution were studied by electrochemical polarization method. The results show that the addition of Cu can significantly increase the re-passivation potential of the alloy, while the pitting potential has no significant effect when x <6. The pitting potential increases as the solution pH increases. The passivation potential is not affected by the pH.
