提要B型钠尿肽(B-type natriuretic peptidesBNP)又称脑钠肽。B型钠尿肽和钠尿肽前体在维持体液稳定方面起重要作用,已用于心力衰竭的诊断与治疗。本文综述近年来B型钠尿肽在冠心病诊断﹑治疗和和预后的资料。
Abstract B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) is also called brain natriuretic peptide. B-type natriuretic peptide and natriuretic peptide precursors play an important role in maintaining body fluid stability and have been used in the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure. This review summarizes the data of diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of B-type natriuretic peptide in coronary heart disease in recent years.
