我们自1992～1995年采用小剂量泼尼松治疗颜面播散性粟粒性狼疮(LMDF)21例,疗效满意,现报道如下。一、临床资料21例患者均经临床及组织病理确诊为LMDF。其中男12例,女9例;年龄15～53岁,平均32岁;病程分别为2～3个月14附表 21例颜面播散性粟粒性狼疮患者经泼尼松治疗后各时期疗
21 cases of facial disseminated miliary lupus erythematosus (LMDF) were treated with low-dose prednisone from 1992 to 1995. The results were satisfactory and are reported below.
