在牙槽突骨折伴牙脱位病例的治疗过程中,关键是两方面的问题:1.如何正确地恢复牙槽及牙齿解剖位置和功能位,并加以固定。2.固定后,如何避免因患牙轻度错位所造成的早接触,影响骨折的愈合及牙齿的复位固定。 作者自1993年至1996年,应用波浪唇弓、双曲舌簧治疗牙脱位病人32例,取得了良好疗效,现报告如下。 临床资料和方法 1.临床资料:上颌年轻恒前牙,X线证实牙槽突骨折或伴有牙脱位(全脱位除外),或单纯牙脱位均可采用本方法治疗。共计32例,41颗牙齿,其中男27例,女5例。年龄为8～11岁,平均9.5岁。
In the process of treatment of cases of alveolar fracture with tooth dislocation, the key is two issues: 1. Clinical data: maxillary young constant anterior teeth, X-ray confirmed alveolar fracture or with tooth dislocation (except the total dislocation), or simple tooth dislocation can be treated with this method. A total of 32 cases, 41 teeth, of which 27 males and 5 females. Aged 8 to 11 years old, with an average of 9.5 years old.
