目的:观察视网膜色素变性(retinitispigmentosa,RP)患者视觉电生理与心理物理学的改变,探讨其视网膜的病理生理变化。方法:对58例(113眼)作暗适应红光和蓝光视网膜电图(elec-troretinogram,ERG),明适应白光ERG,黄斑中心色光阈值(colorlightthreshold,CLT)和D-15色相配列检测并进行分析。结果:113只眼暗适应红光ERG均出现异常,111只眼(98.23%)暗适应蓝光及暗适应白光ERG异常,88只眼(77.87%)黄斑中心CLT异常;作D-15色相配列检查的55只眼中30只眼(54.54%)有不同程度色觉异常。暗适应红光ERGb波波幅与病程、视力及视野间均无明显的相关性。结论:RP不仅存在视网膜杆体功能异常,锥体功能亦有紊乱。暗适应红光ERG是较全面反映RP患者视网膜功能的简便、敏感的客观检测方法。
Objective: To observe the changes of visual electrophysiology and psychophysics in patients with retinitis pigmentosa (RP) and to explore the pathophysiological changes of the retina. Methods: Fifty-eight subjects (113 eyes) underwent dark-adapted red and blue electroretinogram (ERG), bright-adapted white light ERG, color center luminosity threshold (CLT) and D- analysis. RESULTS: All of the 113 eyes were dark-adapted to red ERG, abnormalities were found in 111 eyes (98.23%) with dark-adapted and dark-adapted ERG abnormalities, and 88 eyes (77.87%) with abnormal CLT. Thirty eyes (54.54%) in 55 eyes of 15 color matching examinations had different degrees of color vision abnormalities. Dark adaptation ERGb amplitude and duration of disease, visual acuity and visual field were no significant correlation between. Conclusion: RP not only has abnormal retinal rod function, pyramidal function is also disorder. Dark-adapted red ERG is a simple, sensitive and objective method to detect the retinal function in patients with RP.
