用聚丙烯酰胺盘状凝胶电泳,对梨属四个主要栽培种的过氧化物酶同功酶进行了分析。结果表明,梨属四个主要栽培种间同功酶谱型均有一定的差异,同时又有共同的酶谱带,从而构成了梨属植物的特征酶谱带。西洋梨与东方梨有明显的区别,这可能是亲缘关系较远的标志。苹果梨酶谱带酷似砂梨,据此,可认为苹果梨归属于砂梨系统。此外还发现,苹果梨与其芽变之延光梨、延边小香水梨与其芽变(未定名)有相同的酶谱带。
Peroxidase isozymes from four major cultivars of the genus Pear were analyzed by polyacrylamide discotic gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the four major cultivars of the genus Pear is the zymogram there is a certain difference between the same time, there are common zymogram bands, which constitute the characteristic maple pear genus. Pear and Oriental pear have obvious differences, this may be a sign of distant relations. Apple pear enzyme band resembles pear, therefore, pear can be considered attributed to pear system. In addition, it was also found that apple pear and its bud changed Yan Pear, and Yanbian Xiao perfume Pear had the same zymogram with its bud (unnamed).
