目的:探讨凉血通瘀方治疗急性出血性中风的机制。方法:采集并制备急性出血性中风患者的血清,检测NO浓度和NOS的活性;建立体外血管内皮细胞H2O2氧化损伤模型,检测细胞上清NO浓度和NOS的活性。结果:凉血通瘀方作用于急性出血性中风患者后其血清NO水平明显升高(P<0.05),凉血通瘀方作用于H2O2氧化损伤的血管内皮细胞其细胞上清NO、NOS水平明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:凉血通瘀方可在一定程度上增强血管内皮细胞NOS活性,促进NO的分泌,这可能是凉血通瘀方治疗急性出血性中风的作用机理之一。
Objective: To investigate the mechanism of Liangxuetongyu Recipe in treating acute hemorrhagic stroke. Methods: Serum of patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke were collected and tested for NO concentration and activity of NOS. A model of oxidative damage of H2O2 was established in vitro and the concentration of NO and the activity of NOS were detected. Results: The effect of Liangxuetongyu Decoction on serum NO level in acute hemorrhagic stroke patients was significantly increased (P <0.05). The effect of Liangxuetongyu Decoction on NO, NOS in H2O2-induced endothelial cells Was significantly higher (P <0.05). Conclusion: Liangxuetongyu Decoction can enhance the activity of NOS and promote the secretion of NO in vascular endothelial cells. This may be one of the mechanisms of Liangxuetongyu Decoction in treating acute hemorrhagic stroke.
