目的探究消毒供应中心护理质量控制存在的问题及对应措施。方法分析连云港市第一人民医院2015年1月至2015年12月消毒供应室中出现的相关问题,并依据现状实施相应的处理措施。结果该院消毒供应中心存在的主要问题有工作人员素质、包布卫生、器械暴露部位保护、器械的清洗、无菌物品的检查等,其中所占比例较高的问题包括物品的收发与下送、器械清洗及暴露部位保护、包布卫生等。结论对消毒供应中心加强护理质量控制、完善基础化设施,建立健全监管体制,提高工作人员素质,做好各个环节的质量控制工作,有助于使消毒供应中心工作不断向规范化、科学化、制度化迈进。
Objective To explore the problems and countermeasures of quality control of disinfection supply center. Methods The related problems appearing in disinfection supply room of First People’s Hospital of Lianyungang from January 2015 to December 2015 were analyzed and corresponding measures were implemented according to the status quo. Results The main problems in the disinfection and supply center of the hospital were the quality of staff, the hygiene of covered cloths, the protection of the exposed parts of instruments, the cleaning of instruments and the inspection of sterile articles. Among them, the higher proportion of the problems included the sending and receiving of articles , Equipment cleaning and exposed parts protection, such as cloth health. Conclusion To strengthen the quality control of nursing service, perfect the basic facilities, establish and perfect the supervision system, improve the quality of the staff, and do a good job of quality control in all aspects of the disinfection supply center will help make the work of disinfection and supply center continue to standardization and scientific system Forward.
