由中建协管理现代化专业委员会主办,北京建工集团承办的(1997)第10届优秀成果(论文)发布会于11月13日～17日在北京庐师山庄隆重召开。来自北京、上海、武汉、哈尔滨等地的39个单位的72名代表出席了会议。山东省和武汉市建筑业联合会的代表也参加了大会。 大会开幕式由哈尔滨建筑大学教授、中建协管理现代化专业委员会秘书长王要武主持。原建设部副部长肖桐、建设部总工程师、建筑业司司长姚兵、中企协企业管理现代化专业委员会副秘书长罗廷贵、北京市建委总工林寿、中国建筑业协会副秘书长宋天合和肖风翱、北京建工集团总公司董事长张兴、中建协管理现代化专业委员会会长关柯等出席了开幕式,并在主席台前排就座。在主席台上就座的还有新当选的中建协管理现代化专业委员会副会长韩立群、沈烈风、彭正林、陈向阳、阎修忠等。
Hosted by the CCMA Management Committee of Modernization, the 10th Outstanding Achievement (Thesis) Conference hosted by Beijing Construction Engineering Group (1997) was grandly held in Beijing on November 13-17. Seventy-two representatives from 39 units in Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan and Harbin attended the meeting. Representatives of Shandong Province and Wuhan Construction Industry Association also attended the conference. The opening ceremony of the conference was presided over by Wang Youwu, professor at Harbin Jianzhu University and secretary general of the Professional Committee of Management of Modern Construction in China. Xiao Tong, former vice minister of Ministry of Construction, chief engineer of the Ministry of Construction, director Yao Yao of the Construction Department, Luo Tinggui, deputy secretary-general of the Enterprise Management Modernization Committee of China Association for Enterprise Management, Lin Shoung, chief engineer of Beijing Construction Committee, Song Tianhe, deputy secretary general of China Construction Association Xiao Xingao, Zhang Xing, chairman of Beijing Construction Engineering Group Corporation, and Guan Ke, chairman of the Central Management Committee of Modern Management, attended the opening ceremony and took a seat in front of the podium. Also seated on the rostrum are the newly elected Han Liqun, Shen Lie Feng, Peng Zhenglin, Chen Xiangyang and Yan Xiuzhong, vice presidents of the CCMA Modern Management Committee.
