采用双波长，反射法锯齿扫描，外标两点法测定固本抗毒冲剂中黄芪甲甙的含量，该方法稳定、准确。加样回收率平均为９８．２４％，ＲＳＤ＝１．３０％。
Using dual-wavelength, reflection jagged scan, external standard two-point method to determine the Guben anti-drug granule Astragaloside content, the method is stable and accurate. The average recoveries were 98.24% and RSD = 1.30%.
