本刊近来连续收到54261部队医院刘晓灵,湖南省彬州地区医院刘建国、杨向群,辛集市第一人民医院薛玉军三篇来稿,报道因误用血管造影剂行脊髓造影,造成严重反应,甚至死亡。为吸取教训,现将三篇来稿综合报道于下,以引起广大临床医生(特别是青年医生)和放射科医生的重视。病例报告例1:女性,76岁,农民。2年来双下肢麻木逐渐加重,右下肢无力。拟诊胸脊髓肿瘤行脊髓造影。术前碘过敏试验(-)。在左侧卧位下,经腰3—4间隙放出3ml脑脊液后,注入泛影葡胺
