本文针对处于信息时代的计算机网络系统管理员,论述计算机网络管理中的服务理念。基本服务理念强调系统管理员的服务意识,以全方位的服务理念支撑其全部工作环节;面向用户的针对性服务理念强调用户至上,明确服务对象的性质和特点,提高工作效率;面向操作的便利性服务理念则从操作层面入手,祟尚简单、直观、方便,使计算机网络的服务更高效;体系结构层面的服务理念则从硬件和软件两方面考虑计算机网络系统的体系结构,强调协议和文件格式的开放性、兼容性,维持体系结构的可持续性3服务冗余理念是从发展的角度和用户的多样化需求考虑,以功能组分冗余机理来构建结构化计算机环境。
This article aims at the computer network system administrator in the information age, discusses the service concept in the computer network management.
