中高等职业教育之间的衔接问题一直以来是职业教育关注与研究的重要课题。近年来,作为全球热门行业之一的酒店行业在我国迅猛发展,酒店管理专业也因此成为我国中高等职业学校竞相开设的热门专业之一。通过对湖北省中高等职业学校酒店管理专业的人才培养目标、人才培养模式、课程体系、实训条件、实习就业单位和岗位进行深入调研和比较分析,找出中高等职业学校之间衔接所存在的问题,在此基础之上提出解决问题的对策与建议,最终促进湖北省中高等职业学校酒店管理专业的有效衔接。
The connection between higher vocational education has always been an important topic of concern and research in vocational education. In recent years, as one of the most popular industries in the world, the hotel industry has been developing rapidly in our country. As a result, hotel management has become one of the most popular professions in secondary vocational schools in China. Through in-depth research and comparative analysis of the personnel training objectives, personnel training mode, curriculum system, practical training conditions, internship employment units and positions of hotel management major in higher vocational schools in Hubei Province, find out the existence of convergence between secondary and secondary vocational schools On the basis of this proposed solutions and suggestions to solve the problem, Hubei Province, Hubei Province, and ultimately promote the effective convergence of hotel management professional secondary school.
