离心泵具有运行工况稳定,工作范围较宽,运行安全可靠,结构简单紧凑,操作维修容易等优点,因而被广泛地用作船舶辅机。但是在离心泵运行过程中,由于叶轮前后盖板几何形状的不同或者压力分布状态的差异,会产生一种轴向推力。这种轴向推力,有时会成为离心泵结构设计中的一种困难,有时也会成为离心泵出现运行故障的一种原因。因此,精确的计算轴向推力,正确地设计轴向推力平衡结构,便成为离心泵尤其是高压离心泵设计计算中
Centrifugal pump is widely used as a marine auxiliary engine because of its stable operating conditions, wide working range, safe and reliable operation, simple and compact structure, easy operation and maintenance.
