得益于市场经济体系的进一步完善,财务管理的作用日渐突出,在现代企业管理中逐步取得核心地位。然而,我国企业财务管理模式仍存在许多问题,严重制约着企业的发展,需要不断完善和改进。文章结合我国企业集团的财务管理现状,阐述建立现代企业财务管理模式的必要性,在分析现有问题的基础上有针对性地提出完善对策。
Benefiting from the further improvement of the market economy system, the role of financial management has become increasingly prominent and has gradually gained a central place in modern enterprise management. However, there are still many problems in the financial management mode of our country, seriously restricting the development of enterprises and need continuous improvement and improvement. Based on the current situation of financial management in China’s enterprise groups, this article elaborates the necessity of establishing a modern enterprise’s financial management mode, and puts forward some countermeasures based on the analysis of existing problems.
