确诊为变异型心绞痛者7例,静止时心前区疼痛反复发作,硝酸盐治疗无效。改服异搏定,每次80毫克,日4次。给予异搏定后24小时内,全部患者的症状均迅速消失。平均观察15个月,无心绞痛发作。用药时无明显付作用。异搏定是重要的钙拮抗剂之一,阻滞钙离子经过细胞膜进入细胞内,使冠状动脉扩张。因冠状动脉痉挛缓解,所以心绞痛症状消失。
7 cases were diagnosed as variant angina, repeated episodes of pain in the anterior heart area at rest, and nitrate therapy was ineffective. Change clothes verapamil, each 80 mg, 4 times a day. Within 24 hours after giving verapamil, the symptoms of all patients disappear rapidly. The average observation of 15 months, no angina attacks. No significant effect of medication. Verapamil is one of the important calcium antagonists, blocking calcium ions through the cell membrane into the cells, the coronary artery dilation. Due to coronary spasm relief, angina symptoms disappear.
