输卵管畸胎瘤甚为罕见。我院于1983年曾遇到1例妊娠合并输卵管囊性畸胎瘤扭转,现报告如下。患者胡某某,29岁,孕1产0,住院号5619。因妊娠23周,间歇性左下腹疼痛1月,加重3天,于1983年3月6日急诊入院。末次月经:1982年9月24日。1月前无明显原因突感左腰部酸困不适,次日晨4时感左下腹剧烈抽痛,呈阵发性,约5—10分钟一次,每次持续约1分钟。发作时不能直腰行走。到当地医
