~(60-)钴射线能引起作物遗传性的突变,创造新类型。特别在早熟、矮秆、抗病育种方面效果较为明显。松花江七号在我省已有二十多年的栽培历史。该品种至今在生产上仍有相当大的面积(百万亩以上),其优点是抗逆力强、适应性广、稳产和品质好。但是还存在着穗梗易折、丰产性差和熟期偏晚等缺点。我们1974年采用~(60-)钴γ-射线和x-射线处理松花江七号风干种子进行诱变育种,获得了早熟、抗病、高产龙辐76-3061小麦突变系。
~ (60-) Cobalt rays can cause crop genetic mutations that create new types. Especially in precocious, dwarf, disease-resistant breeding effect is more obvious. Songhua River on the 7th in our province has more than 20 years of cultivation history. The varieties so far in the production is still a considerable area (more than 1 million mu), its advantages are strong resilience, wide adaptability, stable yield and good quality. However, there are some shortcomings such as easy-folding of ear stems, poor high yield and late maturity. In 1974 we used ~ (60-) cobalt γ-ray and x-ray treatment of Songhua River No. 7 dry seeds mutagenesis breeding, access to early maturity, disease resistance, high yield of Longyu 76-3061 wheat mutant lines.
