本文研究了大豆叶片光合速率,可溶性蛋白质含量和硝酸还原酶活力的昼夜变化以及夜间呼吸速率的变化。并分析了大豆叶片光合速率和呼吸速率与可溶性蛋白质含量及硝酸还原酶活力的相关关系。大豆叶片光合速率与可溶性蛋白质含量具有正相关的趋势(r=0.56660,P<0.05),与硝酸还原酶活力呈显著正相关(r=0.8281.P<0.01)。夜间呼吸速率与可溶性蛋白质含量具有正相关的趋势(r=0.385,P<0.05),与硝酸还原酶活力呈显著正相关 r=0.83753.P<0.01)。
In this paper, we studied the diurnal variation of photosynthetic rate, soluble protein content and nitrate reductase activity of soybean leaves and the change of night respiration rate. The relationship between photosynthetic rate and respiration rate, soluble protein content and nitrate reductase activity in soybean leaves was also analyzed. There was a positive correlation between photosynthetic rate and soluble protein content in soybean leaves (r = 0.56660, P <0.05), and was positively correlated with nitrate reductase activity (r = 0.8281, P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between respiratory rate and soluble protein content at night (r = 0.385, P <0.05) and a significant positive correlation with nitrate reductase activity (r = 0.83753.P <0.01).
