患者彭××,25岁,孕4产1。1984年11月因停经18周,腹部急骤增长27天急诊入院。该患者22岁与一个32岁健康男性结婚。第1胎孕足月,臀位死产,死婴表型正常。第2胎孕2月、第3胎孕3月自然流产,均未见胚胎组织,流产后1周余阴道出血干净。从无就医。无毒物、放射物接触史。本人智能低下,可从事体力劳动和一般家务。文盲。此次停经早期无反应。14周开始腹部急剧增大,伴心悸。17周开始下肢肿胀,活动受限,纳差,尿频量少,一直未觉胎动。此次孕期基本卧床休息,从未进行任何检查。无用药史,无阴道出血症。
