在pH3.8—7.9的磷酸盐缓冲深液中,铜(Ⅰ)与硫代米蚩酮在乳化剂OP存在下生成一种紫色络合物。该络合物最大吸收波长位于500nm。摩尔吸光系数为1.14×10~5,络合物组成比Cu:TMK(?)1:4。0—15微克铜/25毫升范围内符合比尔定律。本方法曾用于测定纯铝及铝合金中微量铜的含量,结果满意。
Copper (I) forms a purple complex with thioketone in the presence of emulsifier OP in phosphate buffered saline pH 3.8-7.9. The maximum absorption wavelength of the complex is located at 500nm. Molar extinction coefficient of 1.14 × 10 ~ 5, complex composition ratio Cu: TMK (?) 1: 4.0-15 micrograms of copper / 25 ml within the scope of Bill’s law. The method has been used to determine the content of trace copper in pure aluminum and aluminum alloy with satisfactory results.
