目的研究6种地被竹叶的有效成分量及其抗氧化活性。方法分别用Folin试剂还原比色法、硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠比色法和香草醛-冰醋酸比色法测定6种地被竹叶子中总酚、总黄酮和三萜的量,采用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)定量分析荭草苷、异荭草苷、牡荆苷、异牡荆苷、对香豆酸、绿原酸、咖啡酸、阿魏酸8个特征性成分的量。同时,采用DPPH法和FRAP法调查不同竹叶提取物的抗氧化性和还原能力。结果 6种竹叶均含有较高的次生代谢产物,以干基计,总酚的质量分数为4.15%~9.12%,总黄酮为1.62%~4.00%,总萜为0.44%~0.57%;8个特征性成分在各自总酚中所占的比例依次为隈笹6.81%>铺地竹4.80%>翠竹4.35%,黄条金刚竹4.35%>倭竹1.54%>阔叶箬竹1.08%。不同地被竹种的抗氧化能力存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论倭竹和黄条金刚竹的总酚和总萜量以及清除DPPH自由基的能力和还原铁离子的能力均显著高于其他地被竹。
Objective To study the effective components and their antioxidant activities of six kinds of ground bamboo leaves. Methods Folin reagent reduction colorimetry, aluminum nitrate - sodium nitrite colorimetry and vanillin - glacial acetic acid colorimetry were used to determine the content of total phenols, total flavonoids and triterpenoids in six kinds of bamboo leaves, respectively. Quantitative analysis of the eight characteristic components of triterpenoid, isoorientin, vitexin, isovitexin, p-coumaric acid, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid and ferulic acid by liquid chromatography (UPLC) At the same time, DPPH method and FRAP method were used to investigate the antioxidant and reducing ability of different bamboo extracts. Results Six kinds of bamboo leaves contained higher secondary metabolites. The content of total phenols was 4.15% ~ 9.12% on dry basis, the content of total flavonoids was 1.62% ~ 4.00% and the total terpenes was 0.44% ~ 0.57%. The proportions of the eight characteristic components in the total phenols were as follows: 1 笹 6.81%> Upland bamboo 4.80%> Upland bamboo 4.35%, Phyllostachys praecox 4.35%> Japanese bamboo 1.54%> Broadleaf bamboo 1.08%. The antioxidant capacity of bamboo species was significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion The total phenols and total terpene contents, the ability to scavenge DPPH radical and the ability to reduce iron ions were significantly higher than those in other plants.
