5H—35W Y型谷物低温干燥机,由唐山地区农机局和丰润县农机化所共同研制。该机主要适用于北方产粮区的农村社队。经过3年来6个作业季节(夏季干燥小麦,秋季干燥玉米)的研制和试点示范推广,共建仓35座,累计干燥小麦290万斤;干燥玉米260万斤,各项技术经济指标达到设计要求,使用中受到农民欢迎。1982年11月通过省级科研鉴定。主要结构及特点该机为固定床式低温干燥设备,分为谷仓、风机、加热炉三大部分。谷仓为砖石结构,对仓顶无特定要求,下部设谷床,谷床下为风室。谷床由砖墩支承水泥檩,上铺竹杆和铁纱布。仓房可用民房或生产队库房改建。风机选用03—11,8号轴流通风机。加热炉按能源条件分别选用两种型式。一种为吸风式无烟煤直接加热炉(5H—35W型);另一种为烟煤间接加热炉(5H—35Y型)。主要技术参数谷床面积 35米~2 谷床开孔率 24%以上
