为了推动我国焊接设备的进步,机电部等八部委联合发出了淘汰落后焊接设备的通知,宣告了旋转式直流弧焊机的安乐死。为顺应这一历史发展需要,成都市佳灵电气制造公司利用自己在逆变技术领域领先的雄厚实力,在机电部成都电焊机研究所的指导下,率先推出具有世界先进水平的“佳灵”牌IL—ZX7逆变直流电焊机。在1992年全国新技术、新产品展览交易会上一举荣获国家金奖。
